Reservation Policies

A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations. Deposits must be received within 14 days of making reservation.  Wire transfer, American Express, Mastercard and Visa are accepted for payment. Full payment is required 90 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is recommended.

The deposit is fully refundable, provided cancellation is received in writing 90 days prior to arrival.  Thereafter the deposit is applied to any cancelled nights of a reservation.
